About Us

For over 8 years, iMAGINE Events Asia, based in Da Nang, Vietnam, has been providing event services, sound, light, entertainment, staging and decoration to many of the luxury resorts in and around Danang.

 

Our clients are mainly international corporate businesses coming to Danang for incentive trips with meetings and gala theme dinners.  We have made it our focus for iEA to cater to the quality standards of international event demands.

 

Some of our clients are NIKE, ANZ Bank, Wella, Hitachi, WatchGuard, Software AG, SK Telecom, L'Oreal, Philips, BNP Paris Bas, and many more.

IN-HOUSE CAPACITY
A multi-talented stage director from Belgium and a superb team from local experts, keep a close eye on the flow and ambiance management of your event. With a background in interior design and events, site inspections are a creative visit with focus on flow and interactive experience. Rehearsals are always key for a smooth flow of the event.

We have our in-house sound, light & staging equipment and technical crew of 6 core technicians and 15+ roadies to bump-in the AV setup. Customized lighting setup and programming, and quality sound installations.
In case requirements and group size exceed our capacity, we arrange equipment from local partners and take care of communications and logistics between client, hotel and supplier, and standby for any last minute things and directly involve operating during the event day.

Pricing Package

As we focus on the customised setup for clients' needs, we do not offer any packages upfront.  However, we always aim for a good balance of quality and value.  We do have price lists available for all our services, and can give you a transparent overview of per-item costs.  By the end of the quote we will generously provide a package discount on the full deal.

We worked with iMAGINE EVENTS ASIA to run our annual Partner Summit at Hyatt Danang from February 24 to 26 which included a two-day seminar, a welcome reception and an awards night.
